rajasthan me shiksha ke badhte kadam Program– It started on 11 July 2022. Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot virtually launched the ‘Increasing Steps in Education in Rajasthan’ program from ‘Chief Minister’s Residence’.

In point number 6 of the Budget Announcement 2022, the Honorable Chief Minister has announced a bridge program of 3-3 months duration for the school students of the coming year to compensate for the loss in studies during the Covid period.

In this sequence, the department has started from session 2022-23 in classes 1 to 8 for continuous assessment and corresponding remediation program for the all-round development of students, continuity of studies and achievement of educational objectives, to compensate for learning loss and recovery of learning.

Objective of rajasthan me shiksha ke badhte kadam Program –

The main objective of this program is to bring the students up to their at grade level by bridging the gap in their learning through proficiency based teaching.
This program focuses on remediation.
This program aims to improve studies through easy and enjoyable teaching methods.
The aim of the program is to reduce the workload of teachers, so that they can spend maximum time in teaching.
To provide maximum practice opportunities to the students.
To reduce the learning gap created due to Covid.
To provide work for understanding of concepts as per learning indicators.
Assessing educational progress through assessments at regular intervals.

Guidelines and implementation related to rajasthan me shiksha ke badhte kadam Program-

In view of the difficult circumstances of Covid-19, classroom activities could not be conducted in schools for a long time, which has created a learning gap among the students. To compensate for the loss in education during the Corona period, a bridge program is to be conducted for a period of 3 months for school students from the session 2022-23.

With the aim of maintaining continuity of learning among students and reducing the learning gap, workbooks for Hindi, English and Mathematics subjects have been prepared on the basis of basic competencies for students of classes 1 to 8. Activity based learning material has been included in the worksheets included in the workbooks on which practice work has to be done by the students under the guidance of teachers.

Details of workbooks ( RKSMBK Program in English )

The workbooks for Class 1 and 2 have been prepared incorporating activities as per class level learning outcomes. Previous edition of workbooks for classes 3 to 8 to reduce the learning gap under the Bridge Program

RKSMBK PROGRAM names of workbooks

Remedial teaching throughout the session:- Based on the achievement of mid-term assessment, remedial teaching is to be conducted throughout the year by forming groups of students according to their learning level. During the remedial teaching throughout the session, worksheets have been given in the work book as per the efficiency on which the students are expected to work continuously. Activity and assessment sheets are also included at regular intervals among the worksheets, which are to be used to assess student learning.

To make the plan successful, it should be implemented according to the level of work/responsibilities.

A phased plan has been prepared for distribution of workbooks from state level to school level. To implement this scheme, the works to be done at various levels have been listed.

The distribution of the workbook is to be done in a phased manner up to the block level. From block level to school level through PEOs and urban CRCs.

Workbook is to be provided to every student enrolled in classes 1 to 8 at the school level.
